Hi, I’m Hyra

I’m a mother of three, a nurse, and a creator learning how to live with more ease, presence, and trust. Much of my life is shaped by caring for others — both in my work and at home — and by the quiet routines that help me stay grounded in the middle of it all.

I write the way I think: in reflections, pauses, and lived moments. Some days are clear, others are messy, and many are simply ordinary. This page — and the writing you’ll find here — holds those in-between spaces.

Outside of writing, I’m also the founder of Harper & Hyra, a handmade jewelry studio rooted in intention and meaning. Creating with my hands and writing with honesty come from the same place — a desire to slow down, listen, and bring more intention into everyday life.

I don’t write to teach or persuade. I write to notice, to remember, and to be present with what feels true in the moment.

If you’re here reading, you’re welcome to stay as long as you like.

This is a life, documented gently.
